The team at Gumbees are dedicated to providing you with quality service and funky footwear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, please email us at sales@gumbees.co.uk and include your name, customer number, invoice number and daytime contact telephone number.

Incorrect sizing
Please email us at sales@gumbees.co.uk within 10 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be posted or couriered to us within 10 days of receipt, in their original condition. A replacement pair of shoes will be couriered to you (free of charge) upon receipt of these shoes. ** Please remember to include your child’s foot measurement in mm (as per our sizing guide). Please note - if you have placed an overseas order, return freight charges are at your cost.

Faults
Please email us at
sales@gumbees.co.uk within 10 days of receipt of goods. All shoes that leave our warehouse are checked prior to despatch, but if for any reason you do receive faulty goods, please return these to us by standard post within 14 days of receipt. A replacement pair will be couriered to you (free of charge) upon receipt of the faulty goods. Freight charges incurred for return of faulty goods will be reimbursed to the customer.

As GUMBEES is environmentally aware and we like to do "our bit", if possible, please reuse your orginal courier bag when returning shoes to us.  Simply turn it inside out and address it to us. Thank you for your co-operation.

Within the three month period (from date of purchase), issues that occur will be replaced free of charge.  Any issues that arise after this three month period must be returned to Gumbees for our assessment with regard to replacement.

GUMBEES does not consider general 'wear & tear' such as scuffing, scratches or worn soles etc as faulty goods.

If returned shoes are not faulty but a refund is required - the freight portion of the sale will not be included in the refund (Full retail value of shoe will be refunded to the customer).

Care For Your Shoes

IMPORTANT NOTEhoof® shoes have been designed for street/casual wear only.  Shoes have not been designed as school shoes or for the playing of sport - any such use may cause damage to the shoes.

Micro fibre  (e.g. eden blue) - we recommend the use of a waterproofing agent on all micro fibre shoes purchased from GUMBEES.  Please carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions for correct use of this product. (GUMBEES will not be held responsible if shoes are damaged during the use of shoe care products).  Micro fibre & fabric shoes are not entirely colour fast.

PU Shoes are not as durable as leather shoes.

GUMBEES suggests the use of a cream or balm to protect the leather of the shoes (e.g. Da Roo) and to also cover up any scuffs marks that may occur through general 'wear & tear'.

Terms and Conditions

By accessing our website, you are doing so in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. Any orders placed with us will be strictly bound by these.

We reserve the right to amend any part of our website without notification. By using our website you automatically accept that we are not liable to you or any third party for any amendments made to this website. When changes to our Terms and Conditions occur, by entering our website, such changes are deemed to be accepted by you. Therefore, we recommend you regularly check our Terms and Conditions for any alterations.

Please, immediately refrain from using our website if you do not agree to any alterations made to our Terms and Conditions.

Indemnity
Gumbees does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from the purchase of our products, and you fully agree to indemnify Gumbees from any such action as a condition of your purchase.

You also acknowledge that Gumbees is fully indemnified should any other person, other than yourself, access your account on our website.

IMPORTANT NOTE: CHOKING HAZARD - Toggles are an optional extra for lace shoes. We strongly recommend that once the toggles have been fitted to the laces, the laces MUST then be firmly tied together in a knot large enough for the toggle to not be removed from the lace by children.  Please check the toggle & knot each time the shoes are worn to ensure your child is not at risk of choking. This toggle is NOT a toy.  It is not recommended for children under the age of 3.  These are purchased at the buyer's risk.  The plastic bag in which the toggles will be sent in, is also a choking hazard - it is the adults responsibility to make sure these are not left lying around for children to play with and are discarded safely.

 
Orders
A contract between the purchaser and Gumbees, is created by the following steps:
-  Order is placed on our website.
-  An automated email will be sent to your designated email address notifying that Gumbees has received your order.
-  Once payment has been fully processed, acceptance/despatch of your order will occur.
-  Acceptance of your order may not take place if the:
    * Product ordered is out of stock
    * Payment failure e.g. Credit card declined
-  If any problems occur with your order, the Gumbees team will contact you.
The "on-selling" of goods purchased from Gumbees is not permitted.  Only Gumbees retailers have our authority to do so.

International Orders
We now accept international orders paid through most credit cards, placed via our website.

Product Description
Each item sold is done so according to the product description that appears on the website.
We have endeavoured to ensure that all descriptions and prices are correct. However, due to unforeseen circumstances there may be a variance at the time of placing your order.

Payment
-  All prices listed on our website are in Great British Pounds (GBP).
-  All prices are correct at time of website publication.
-  All credit card payments are subject to online authorisation - most international credit cards accepted.
-  If credit card authorisation is declined, Gumbees can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery.

Other methods of payment:
 - Cheque - an order will not be processed until the cheque/funds have been cleared. This may take approx. 5-7 working days.
