How do I place my order?

1. Online - 24 hours a day at www.gumbees.co.uk

2. By post - Send your order with a cheque payable to: GUMBEES PO BOX 21 EXMINSTER EXETER DEVON EX6 8WH UK

Please ensure that your cheque guarantee number and expiry date are on the back of the cheque.

We also need a telephone number or email address in case we need to speak to you about your order.

What is your returns policy?

We are more than happy to replace your item, exchange it for another one, or refund your purchase, if it is returned within 10 days of purchase, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

What are the delivery charges?

We try to process your order within 24 hours and delivery is normally within 4 working days to UK and Northern Ireland addresses(excludes Channel Islands which may take longer)

Standard, single pair: £3.50 - two to four pairs: £1.45 per pair. For delivery cost of more pairs please contact sales@gumbees.co.uk for prices
Express next day £6.50

For Saturday special/next day deliveries by 1pm please contact sales@gumbees.co.uk for prices

Europe £5.50 (delivery to Europe usually takes up to 7-10 working days)

All our deliveries are through Royal Mail and will need to be signed for upon delivery. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.

N.B. These charges are per pair of shoes, costs will vary if more shoes are purchased. Please e-mail sales@gumbees.co.uk if you require further pricing costs.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes, we can wrap your shoes in delicate white tissue paper and place them in a gift box which is tied with blue or pink ribbon.

There is a charge of £3 for the gift wrap service.

No prices or invoices will be sent to recipients - invoices will be sent separately to bill payer. Please email any other requirements or instructions regarding gift wrapping.

What happens if I don't like the item when it arrives?

Don't worry. We are happy to exchange the item or refund your purchase if it is returned within 10 days of purchase, unused and in original packaging.

How long does it take to process returns?

Usually up to 7 working days upon receipt of returned goods.
